Jonathan Crouch
CO-FOUNDER
Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in the construction & property industry including commercial management, development and delivery.
He has been involved in multiple projects in the co-living, prime & PRS residential sectors. He’s worked across both main contractor and developer fields, providing an insight and perspective of how to design, develop and deliver successful schemes on time and under budget.
Jonathan is inspired by the unique nature of each project and the opportunity to explore improved methods for delivery through design, procurement or construction.

Nick Rees
CO-FOUNDER
Nick is a registered architect with over 15 years professional experience in property development and architectural practice.
His experience covers a range of sectors including residential, hospitality, co-living, commercial office and conservation. His clients have included high net-worth individuals, major property developers and housing associations.
Nick is passionate about design and its ability to change society and individual lives for the better. He combines an exceptional design eye with a commercial mindset and a collaborative approach.
