The Collective’s second major UK co-living building and first to launch their short stay co-living concept. The scheme comprises 704 co-living beds, 20th floor restaurant and swimming pool, and extensive amenities. 

The design approach drew upon the cultural history of East London with carefully selected work by local artists playing a predominant role in the interiors of the building and forming a major part of its identity. 

The project was completed in 2020.
